Corporate Use To order the HVP for corporate use, please contact S&A. Personal Use To order the HVP for personal use, contact Spann & Associates to determine the investment required for the reports you wish to receive. You may send a check to the Spann & Associates office or if you need the reports quickly, you may use the online-service PayPal to order and pay for the selected HVP reports. PayPal is a secure on-line service which permits the use of personal credit cards and checks to purchase goods and services on the Internet with no cost to the purchaser. You may register for the service during your first purchase transaction. If you are a new PayPal user, it will take a few days for your transaction to clear. If you have previously registered with PayPal, completion of the transaction occurs in a matter of minutes. During the PayPal process, indicate the reports selected and investment made on their "Notes" section. Payment should be made to Spann & Associates, email address mlspann@spannassoc.com. When the PayPal payment transaction has been successfully completed, PayPal notifies S&A. Within two full business days after S&A has received your check or has been notified by PayPal, S&A will email you the username and password necessary to access the test. Instructions for the web-based profile are given via the link in the right column. S&A will process your profile and either electronically forward the report to the given email address, or arrange for a telephone appointment for individual feedback.
