 Instructions to take the HVP

You will require a username and password to complete the HVP on this web site at any time of day or night.  You will receive these  from your corporate representative or S&A. To contact S&A, click here.

When you have your username and password, click on the link marked "Ready To Take HVP On-line?"  in the right beige-colored column. This will take you to a log in page, where you will type in the username and password given.

Results

Results are electronically sent to S&A, which either electronically forwards the reports to your email address, or arranges for an appointment for individual feedback. Allow two full business days for processing.  If faster delivery is required, contact S&A.
