Mission is the evangelism and discipleship of business and professional men
and women. Has one-on-one discipleship tool (Operation Timothy), weekly
prayer teams, training workshops, outreach luncheons, seminars, and regional
and national conferences. Christian business owners and presidents
participate in a CBMC FORUM which meets monthly to solve difficult
business issues, and assist each other in making the right decisions that
will ultimately glorify God through their lives and businesses.

Biblical training on issues relating to common interests, and to provide
encouragement and accountability through sharing of experiences and openness
with each other. Monthly 3 hour meetings divided equally into three sections: 1)
Devotions, 2) Host member presentation/update on his business, 3)
Members briefly share the events of the past month, requests for prayer are
shared, and the group prays for the requests. Every other month, there is
also an outside presenter. Contribution-based member service.
College course: Christian Faith and the Management Professions: An
Entrepreneurial Perspective, University of St. Thomas
Contact the John M. Morrison Center for Entrepreneurship, University of St.
Thomas, 651-962-4400. The purpose of the course is to find out what it means to
be a "good" entrepreneur. It explores how an entrepreneur can contribute
to the common good in his or her work, how entrepreneurship can be a Christian
vocation, and methods that will lead to sharing of wealth within an enterprise
in light of the social teachings of the church.

Heritage Prayer Breakfasts

Hope For The City

Minnesota Prayer Breakfast

The Minnesota Prayer Breakfast began in 1961 and is patterned
after the National Prayer Breakfast held annually in Washington DC.
The Minnesota Prayer Breakfast is planned by a committee of volunteer lay
persons representing a cross-section of community life and religious
beliefs. The location of the breakfast alternates between Minneapolis and
St. Paul. A non-profit project.
