Major International Hotel Chain Using their benchmarking study, the Hotel improved their hiring process to hire the right people for a job category that had very high turnover. Results: From hiring and training 15 new people every two weeks (~ 90 people every three months), using the new hiring tool allowed them to hire and train 8 people every three months. This is a 90% reduction in the number of new hires required for their business.
