What
distinguishes the Success Factors report is that the first page
is a color-coded assessment of the person's match with the
company's required success factors. At a glance, the
hiring manager can see if the candidate has a thinking pattern
that will fit the company's stated requirements. The company's
selection of the success factors is the basis for the analysis
of the candidate. The specific success factors are not given on
the summary form to protect proprietary company information.
The color-coded
assessment of risk ranges from Low Risk (Green) to Situational
Risk (Yellow) to Conditional Risk (Orange) to Real Risk (Red). The Success
Factors Reports are customized for each company's needs.
