You will require a username and password to complete the HVP on this web site at any time of day or night. You will receive these from your organization representative or S&A.

Results are electronically sent to S&A, which either electronically forwards the reports to your email address, or arranges for an appointment for individual feedback. Allow two full business days for processing the report and receiving it in your email account.
