Since the Benchmarking Reports are customized to the specific company and specific position, the company can determine which elements they want in their Benchmark Report. Every report will have the customized assessment criteria reported in terms of Talent, Access, Attitude, Skill and Overall ratings. These ratings will be color-coded for quick understanding of the results. Low risk is green, Situational Risk is Yellow, Conditional Risk is Orange, and Real Risk is Red.

 

In addition to this color-coded assessment, the company can choose to include the following elements: Prioritized Core Strengths, Prioritized Development Areas, Prioritized Interview Notes, Overall Tendencies, Role Specific Core Strengths, Role Specific Development Comments, Key Descriptors, Toxic Pattern, Toxic Pattern Description and Interview Guide References. The intent of this customized report is to make your hiring process as effective and efficient as possible.
