Mary Lou Spann, Ph.D.

Mary Lou Spann is a management consultant in organization development based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area. Spann has education and experience in psychology, human resources and organization development. Her areas of expertise are organization development, cultural change, development and coaching of leaders and individual contributors, team building, conflict resolution and the Hartman Value Profile. Her Ph.D. is in Educational Psychology from

the University of Michigan, and her Master's Degree is in Clinical Psychology from Michigan State University.

Spann is certified in the Hartman Value Profile and has worked with the profile for the past 15 years. She provides scientifically derived reports based on the theory of Dr. Hartman. Dr. Spann is recognized as a Service Provider by the Robert S. Hartman Institute.

Spann has 20+ years of experience with companies in diverse industries such as manufacturing, service, health care, research and development, engineering, state and local government, education and non-profit.
